Access your monthly statements in the comfort of your home with First National Bank of Coffee County's eStatements.  You can now review and print your statements from your personal computer any time of the day--all you need is FNBCC Online Banking and Internet access.  eStatments are:

  • Convenient - Access your current and past statements anytime from any computer.
  • Fast - Receive your electronic statement faster than regular mail.
  • Secure - Multiple safeguard technologies protect your information.
  • Free - There is no charge for this service from FNBCC.

Getting Started

How do I enroll for eStatements?
To enroll for eStatements:

  1. Login to your Online Banking account.
  2. Click the “eStatement” button on the navigation bar.
  3. The enrollment page will then be presented.
  4. Review the selected accounts by clicking the details link on Step 1.
  5. Verify that the correct email address is shown on Step 2.
  6. Enter a security phrase on Step 3.  The security phrase is displayed in the eStatement email notification that is sent when a new statement is available to view – this lets you know that the email is legitimate and came from our institution.
  7. Click the link in Step 4 to retrieve the enrollment passcode and then enter it in the field listed on Step 4.
  8. Read the terms listed on Step 5 and then click the “I agree to the listed terms” checkbox.
  9. Click the “Enroll Now” button and then click the “OK” button on the Enrollment Confirmation window to complete the enrollment process.

How do I view my eStatements?
To view your eStatements within Online Banking:

  1. Login to your Online Banking account.
  2. Click the “eStatement” button on the navigation bar.
  3. Click “View” beside the eStatement you wish to view.

To view your eStatement from the eStatement email notification:

  1. Open the Statement.pdf attachment.
  2. Enter your Online Banking ID in the “Username” field and Online Banking Password in the “Password” field and then click “Login”.

What are Additional Recipients?
Additional Recipients allow third parties to receive a copy of your e-Statements – this is only on accounts that you assign to the Additional Recipient.  This is useful in cases where you would like an accountant or financial consultant to receive an electronic copy of your statement.

How do I setup an Additional Recipient?
To setup an Additional Recipient:

  1. In Online Banking, click “eStatements” on the navigation bar.
  2. Click “Additional Recipients” on the sub-menu.
  3. Click “Add Additional Recipients”.
  4. Assign the recipient a Username, Email Address, and Access PIN.  Click Save.
  5. Click “Assign Documents”.
  6. Select the accounts you wish the recipient to receive an eStatement for.
  7. Accept the "Consent and Authorization Agreement".
  8. Click the "I Agree" button.
  9. Notify the Additional Recipient that they will receive an email when a new statement is available.  Remember to inform them of the username and PIN that you set up for them.
