Q.  How do I enroll for eStatements?
A.  To enroll for eStatments follow these simple steps:

1. Login to your Online Banking account.
2. Under Account Summary (left side) click View Statements.
3. Click Continue.
4. Read Consent and Authorization.
5. Verify Email Address is correct.
6. Click Accept.

Q.  Why is my email address blank or incorrect when enrolling for eStatements?
A.  Your Online Banking profile needs to be updated with this information.  To update your profile follow the steps below:

1. Login to your Online Banking Account.
2. Click the My Profile button.
3. Click the Change Profile Information link.
4. Enter your correct email address in the Email Address field.
5. Click the Proceed button.
6. Click the Complete button.
7. Repeat enrollment procedures above.
