Maintain Control Over Your Cards
Did you know you can control your debit card(s) directly from your smartphone? If your card is lost or stolen, or if you simply misplace it, you can temporarily lock or permanently close your card right from the FNBCC app. Simply follow the steps below:
- Open your FNBCC app and log in
- Select the account associated with your card
- Tap Card Management
- Choose the card you want to manage from the list
- Tap the toggle switch to lock (Inactive) or unlock (Active) your card.
- If your card is lost or stolen, tap Report lost/stolen
- To activate a new card, tap Activate
From the same screen you can also:
- Block transactions by type or merchant
- Set spending limits
- Set balance alerts
