Community Involvement

Investing In
Our Community.

At FNBCC, we are deeply committed to reinvesting in the communities we serve. From Douglas to Palm Beach, we support local businesses, schools, churches, and organizations through financial contributions and volunteer efforts. In Coffee County, our Junior Board of Directors program empowers future leaders by selecting top high school students from Coffee High School and Citizens Christian Academy to learn about banking and community service.

In South Florida, we proudly partner with local businesses, religious organizations, schools, and community groups to help build a stronger, more connected region. Whether through donations, outreach, or hands-on involvement, we believe in giving back to the places that have given us so much. You can learn more about our community involvement by contacting us online.

FAU Student Board of Directors

At FNBCC, we believe investing in future leaders is one of the best ways to invest in our community. Our Student Board of Directors Program, offered in partnership with Florida Atlantic University, gives a select group of FAU students an inside look at community banking.

Over an eight month period, from September through April, the Student Directors take part in leadership workshops, financial literacy sessions, community impact projects, and boardroom simulations. They also receive:

  • Mentorship from FNBCC executives
  • Networking with local business and community leaders
  • Résumé review and practice interviews
  • A meeting stipend, certificate of completion, and letter of recommendation
  • Consideration for future internships and employment

We're proud to help these students grow into the leaders our communities need.

Jr. Board of Directors

FNBCC's Junior Board of Directors Leadership Program invests in the future of our community by developing the next generation of leaders. Selected seniors from Coffee County High School and Citizens Christian Academy work alongside the bank to share ideas, strengthen community connections, and help us better serve our area.

Members attend monthly meetings, take part in bank and community projects, and serve as FNBCC ambassadors. In return, they receive:

  • Education in leadership, banking, financial literacy, investing, and the local economy
  • Community service experience and college and career preparation
  • Monthly compensation for meeting attendance
  • Eligibility for a $1,000 college scholarship

Our goal is to equip these students with the knowledge, confidence, and skills to become strong leaders in our community.
