Lost or Stolen Debit Cards
If you need to report a lost or stolen debit card after normal business hours, contact (888) 297-3416.
You can report a lost or stolen debit card online through the online banking website or the FNBCC app.
Online Banking – Login to your online banking and select the Settings menu option, then Debit Card. Click Report Lost or Stolen.
FNBCC app – Login to your FNBCC mobile app and locate the Preferences Tab from the main menu. Select Manage Cards menu option, then Report Lost or Stolen.
Temporarily Suspend Debit Card
Temporarily suspend your debit card if you think you have potential fraud on your account. You can do this through the online banking website or your FNBCC app.
FNBCC app – Login to your FNBCC mobile app and locate the Preferences Tab from the main menu. Select the Manage Cards menu option and chose Suspend Card.
