Online Banking

Online Banking provides account information in real time. With Online Banking the following features are available at your fingertips:


  • Account Balance
  • Account History
  • Transfer money between FNBCC accounts
  • Free BillPay
  • View & print past statements with eStatements*
  • View images of cleared checks
  • Initiate Stop Payments
  • P2P (Person to Person) payments
  • Report debit cards as lost/stolen


*In order to receive eStatements you must be enrolled in Online Banking.

Mobile Banking


Using the FNBCC Mobile Banking App, customers have the convenience of Online Banking from their smart phone and/or tablet. Simply Tap the App! The app offers many of the features of Online Banking with additional features. These include:


  • Account Balance
  • Account History
  • Transfer money between FNBCC accounts
  • View Images of cleared checks
  • P2P (Person to Person) payments.
  • Temporarily suspend or report debit cards as lost/stolen


Download the FNBCC Mobile Banking App through the Apple or Google app stores. You must be enrolled in Online Banking to utilize this service.

Text Banking


No smart phone required, receive account balance and history via SMS text message. You must be enrolled in Online Banking and sign up for this service through your Online Banking account. You can cancel Mobile Text Messaging on your Text Mobile Settings page on Online Banking or by texting STOP to 89549. Additional commands are listed below. These commands are subject to change.


  • BAL: Available balance of all accounts registered
  • BAL Mobile Short Name: Available balance of single account
  • HIST: Recent activity of all accounts registered
  • HIST Mobile Short Name: Recent activity of a single account
  • HELP: List of Commands
  • STOP: Cancel Mobile Text Messaging service for this Device only

Telephone Banking


FNBCC’s Anytime Access Line gives you access to your accounts 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using a touch-tone phone. The following features are available simply by calling (912) 393-1100 or (855) 684-1100:

  • Account Balances
  • Recent Account History
  • Transfer money between FNBCC accounts
  • Make a loan payment

Remote Support - Remote support is only available to customers working on an open issue with a customer service representative.
